Step 1: Register a New Account
Click the Register button.
Here, you can add the rewards number, temp registration code, username, or business code that your practice gave you. Then, click Continue.
If you do not have any of these yet, click the Create New Profile button down below.
Step 2: Setup Your Profile
To help you log in quickly in the future, you can connect either your Facebook or Google account.
If you don’t have one of these accounts or are having trouble setting up your profile using those accounts, simply click the Continue with Email button instead.
You will be asked to confirm your first name, last name, date of birth, and your email address.
After you enter your email address, we’ll send you an email containing a confirmation code.
Click the Confirm Email button in your email to verify your email and finish setting up your account.
Or type the confirmation code into the space provided.
Once the code is accepted, click Next to go to the password page where you can enter an 8-character password.
Once you’re happy with your password, click Next.
You’ve successfully setup your Patient Rewards Hub account. Click Go to Dashboard to dive into the Hub and check out all the fun things you can do, like contests, games, surveys, and more!
