Recovering a Username

If you forgot your username, don’t worry! We can help. 

Click Log In to get started. 

Then click Forgot Username.

Enter the email you used to create your account. (This may be your email or your parent’s email.)

If you no longer have access to that email address, please email us at support@practicegenius.com with your information and we'll send the link to your new email. 

Click Next and we will send you an email with your username.

Once you receive an email containing your username (or usernames, if you have multiple accounts associated with your email), you can either return to the Login screen to type your username or click the Click Here to Login button in your email to go to the Login screen. 

Enter your username and password and log in.
