Connect expands beyond recognitions, giving you new ways to communicate with your team effectively:
✅ Team Posts – Share general updates, important reminders, announcements, and more. You can include media uploads and plain text to keep everyone informed.
🎉 Recognitions – Celebrate individual and team achievements with recognitions. Easily select recipients, upload media, and add personalized messages to highlight contributions.
How to Use Connect

Create a Team Post – Need to share an update or an important announcement? Simply create a team post with text and media to keep everyone on the same page.

Send a Recognition – Want to acknowledge a colleague’s hard work? Send a recognition with a personal message and optional media attachment. 😍

Stay Engaged – Keep track of team updates and celebrate achievements all in one convenient location.
To get started, click on Connect in the menu.
From here you'll see your personal Feed, Recognitions, and Posts.
To create a Recognition post, start by choosing which teammate you wish to shout out. Next, choose from our library of fun images or add your own. Lastly, add a customized message that will show your teammate why you are recognizing them. Once you are finished, click Post.
To post an announcement or update, change the Type to Post and follow the prompts from there.
You are also able to comment and react with emojis on any post in the feed. With Connect, staying informed and engaged with your team has never been easier. 👍
