If your office has enabled the Appointments feature, you'll be able to easily view and confirm in your Patient Rewards Hub mobile app.
To get started, please click on Appointments under My Profile in your mobile app.
To confirm your appointment date and time with your office, please click Confirm. To cancel or change your appointment time, please call your office directly.
After you have confirmed your appointment, you'll see the status changed to Confirmed. If you have questions or need additional assistance with updating your appointment time, please call your office.
