To help keep your account and personal information safe, we require you to verify your identity before making certain changes, like updating your profile or redeeming rewards.

When Will I Be Asked to Verify?

You’ll be asked to enter a 5-digit code sent to your email if you:

  • Try to redeem rewards
  • Update your profile or delivery information

This added step makes sure only you can make changes to your account.

What Happens Next?

  • We’ll automatically send a 5-digit code to the email address linked to your account.
  • Enter that code into the screen to unlock access to the secure action.
  • Once verified, you can continue updating your information or redeeming your reward.

How Long Is the Code Valid?

Your code will expire after 10 minutes. If it expires, you can tap Resend Code to get a new one.

I Didn’t Request This – What Should I Do?

If you receive a verification email but weren’t trying to update your account, someone may have tried to access your information. Don’t worry—they weren’t able to get in. But for added protection, we recommend resetting your password.

Too Many Tries?

If you enter the wrong code 5 times in 30 minutes, your account will be locked. You’ll get an email with a link to reset your password and unlock your account.

Coming Soon: Smarter Security

Right now, everyone will be asked to verify. Soon, we’ll only ask for this step if something looks unusual or suspicious. Stay tuned!
