To change your password

If you know your current password and want to change it you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to My Profile and click Profile Information
  2. Next to Password, click Edit
  3. Enter your current password followed by a new password
  4. Click Save


To create a password if you've been using Facebook or Google to log in

If you registered your Hub account by verifying who you were through your Facebook or Google account, you weren't required to create a password.

If you would like to create a password now so you can log in with your email/username and password you can do the following:

  1. Sign out of your Hub account
  2. Go back to the Home tab
  3. Click Login
  4. Click Forgot Password

You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Once you have reset your password you will be able to log in with your email/username and password, or continue using your social account, if you prefer.
